1. Introduction

nRF9160 M.2 Development Kit comes with below.

  • nRF9160 M.2 Module

  • nRF9160 M.2 Dev-Board

  • Flexible LTE Antenna

  • USB Type-C Cable

  • M3 Screw

The development kit helps you prototype your IoT products fast.

It also can be mounted on your custom board since it has castellated holes in 2.54mm pitch.

You can power and communicate with nRF9160 by USB-C and program your application using J-Link Mini Edu with built-in 1.27mm 2x5 PinHeader.

2. Features

  • Type-C USB Connector with CP2102N for UART communication and power

  • 2.54mm pitch castellated hole pins

  • M.2 Socket for nRF9160 M.2 Module

  • 1.27mm 2 x 5 Pin Header for SWD-Debug

  • 3 x LED with 1k Resistor for low current consumption

  • 1 x Tact switch for User button, 1 x Tact switch for Hard Reset

  • Internal 0ohm jumper between V3.3 and VIO (default:connected)

  • External VIN, VIO, VBUS pins for advance usage

  • All parts on TOP-side for SMD mount on user's custom board

  • 55 x 23mm
